REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS and BOOKING APPOINTMENTS OVER THE INTERNET

We now offer the facility to order approved repeat prescriptions by secure email. This has several advantages for patients - better security, less chance of transcription errors, no telephone queues. Also requests can be made at a time to suit you, rather than only between 9 am and 6.30 pm.

It is also possible to make an appointment , view your booked appointment, or cancel your booked appointment, over the internet.

Getting started

1. You will need to request, from one of our receptionists, an ‘internet registration letter’.  This will provide you with the access codes required to register with our online services.  Due to the confidential nature of the information you will be accessing, we will require confirmation of your identity.  We prefer this to be in the form of photograph identification -for example a passport or a photo-card driving licence.
2. Once you have the access codes, you will be able to register.  CLICK HERE
3. Once you have registered, you will be able to access your repeat medications or appointment service at any time, by simply entering your personal password.

Please allow 2 working days from the time of request for the prescription to be processed. If you have not received an email acknowledgement of your prescription being completed within two working days, please contact the Medical Centre by phone.
