HOW TO FIND US
The Medical Centre is on Meadow Way, near the middle of Old Leake Village, on the A52 between Boston and Wainfleet. We are signposted as "The Health Centre" from the Main Road. The entrance to Meadow Way is opposite the Giles School.

WE ACCEPT new patients who live in Freiston, Butterwick, Benington, Leverton, Old Leake and Wrangle. We also accept patients from most areas of Fishtoft, Sibsey, New Leake and Friskney.

DISABLED PEOPLE
Our Medical Centre is a single storey building designed for ease of access for disabled people. We have wide doorways for wheelchair access and disabled toilets for both men and women.
