We all do a difficult job under a lot of pressure. We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat us in a similarly respectful way. Any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against ourselves or our patients is taken very seriously. If a patient is violent or abusive, they will be asked to desist. If they persist, we may exercise our right to take action and have them immediately removed from our Practice list.
